Re-Inspection

Re-Inspections are done in some cases to ensure that deficiencies discovered in the original inspection have been properly repaired before the closing date. This type of inspection allows us to return to the home to evaluate the readily accessible, installed systems and components of the home that were to be repaired so you can rest easy knowing that the repairs were done properly.
